Welcome current and prospective patients of Parkway Cardiology Associates. I look forward to seeing you in person. I will review your past history, and address your current problems, issues, and concerns. With your expectations and goals in mind, we will work together to develop a diagnostic pathway and a treatment plan. My goal is to provide you with top notch cardiovascular care.
If you are a new patient, please work with the nurse to complete the past history form. Bring any relevant medical record in your possession. Lists of current medications, diets, records of blood pressure and pulse, old chest x-ray films, old electrocardiograms, and summaries may be helpful. You might need a treadmill test, so wear walking shoes. Bring a written list of your questions and concerns. We may not be able to provide all the answers on your first visit, but we will develop a plan for each cardiovascular issue.
Returning Parkway Cardiology Associates patients should expect the first office visit to be a little longer than usual as I familiarize myself with your medical history and get to know you personally. I will address your current concerns, and review your past therapies and diagnostic tests.
